Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Tool Monster account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate your transaction and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused tool in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
